Grace Dougherty, Dance Instructor

Grace Dougherty is from Gainesville, GA, and began her dance journey as soon as she turned 3. She has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and modern for 15 years at her home studio, The Dance Company. She also continued to hone her skills within the company, competing in dance competitions for nine years. Through The Dance Company, Grace interned under Denise Kiser, and found she has a passion for teaching dance. Now Grace follows in the footsteps of her mentors as she continues her dance education at Brenau University, and she is excited to teach the next generation of little ones the gift of dance at the Cumming Dance Academy.
