HOW DO TICKET SALES WORK AT CDA?

During the Priority Family Pre-Sale, we have a ticket limit per show. This ensures all families have a chance to purchase tickets before they are sold out.
Ticket limit per show: 6 tickets total and this includes your free complimentary tickets.
Additional tickets can be purchased after the pre-sale week starting: Nov. 11th at 10:00 AM.
Each dancer receives 2 complimentary tickets. Complimentary tickets are given per child, not per show.
During the Priority Family Pre-Sale, you will be given a code that allows you access to the ticket purchasing site one time. One time only.
You will need your code to access the website and claim your two complimentary tickets. (Details below)
Please be sure you are purchasing for the correct show day and time. There are no refunds or exchanges.

MULTIPLE DANCERS - PATRON CODES
If you have multiple dancers performing, Patron Codes will be given as follows for your complimentary tickets.
1 child performing receives a code for 2 complimentary tickets.
2 children performing receive a code for 4 complimentary tickets.
3 children performing receive a code for 6 complimentary tickets.
These codes are not per show – they are per DANCER.
Each dancer receives 2 complimentary tickets total, regardless of how many shows they are performing in.
How to claim your complimentary ticket discount and purchase additional tickets for the show.
You will receive an email on Oct. 31st from the below email address (between 9:00 AM & 10:00 AM)
no-reply@dancerecitalticketing.com (Please check your junk/spam before calling or emailing the office.)
This email will include your specific PATRON CODE which allows you access to the site and your complimentary discount.
The Priority Family Pre-Sale will begin Nov. 4th at 10:00 AM (ET) and ends Nov. 11th at 10:00 AM (ET)
past due accounts will not receive an email with a patron code.

Have your PATRON CODE email and the below instructions in front of you when you purchase your tickets.
The PATRON CODE is good for only one use during the Priority Family Pre-Sale week.
When purchasing tickets, it is highly recommended you do not use mobile devices.

handicap seating
If you need handicap seating, you must reach out to Terry Fort-Bartlett directly and she will handle seating arrangements for you. Email Terry here: terryatcda@yahoo.com.
You will not be able to purchase handicap seating on the ticket website.
PLEASE PURCHASE any other tickets you may need and email terry
about the handicap seating only.
I M P O R T A N T D A T E S:
Oct. 31st: You will receive an email from no-reply@dancerecitalticketing.com between 9:00 - 10:00 AM. This email will include your specific PATRON CODE. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it immediately.
Nov. 1st: November tuition is due. Click here to login to your parent portal and make payment.
Nov. 4th: Priority Family Pre-Sale Begins at 10:00 AM. You must have your PATRON CODE to access the site.
CDA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE OUT CODES ON THE DAY OF TICKET SALES.
Nov. 11th: Open Ticket Sales begins at 10:00 AM. No code is required. Anyone may purchase tickets without a limit.
Nov. 25th: Online Ticket Sales is closed. Any remaining tickets can be purchased at the theater.
