here’s how the holiday show will work…
Our planning is and will be continuously changing as we navigate how the COVID situation is affecting our community and what we feel is safe for our dancers and families. Your safety is our number one priority. We are committed to allowing our dancers the opportunity to perform and have some normalcy in life as well as prepare for the holiday season!
Here are a few quick procedures we are working on for safely producing our 17th annual "Holiday Celebration"!
We will be performing the 2020 "Holiday Celebration" Shows with smaller groups of performers in each show.
Our audience members will be spaced out safely allowing seats between each family/group.
Audience members will be allowed to enter the theater and holding area in Zones. This will cut down on having large amounts of people in the lobby at one time. Each Zone will have a time to arrive into the lobby of the theater and will be seated during their specific Zone time. Audiences will also exit the theater by Zone’s to avoid large gatherings of people in one space.
Dancers will be dropped off for backstage at an exterior door to the theater for the performance during their specific call time for their Zone.
The theater/auditorium will have specified entrances and exits. Guests will enter in one door and exit the other.
Dancers will be spaced out by classes in our backstage areas while waiting to perform.
Audience members will be expected to wear a mask upon entrance and exit into the theater and/or lobby. Mask are optional while you are sitting and watching the show with your family/group safely spaced from others.
Masks will be expected for all dancers backstage at all times. Dancers will remove the mask to dance onstage and then replace it when they are done.
*You can cancel your participation by November 5th and receive a full refund on your Holiday show fees. Any registrations after the deadline of Oct. 10th will require a $50.00 late fee due to the amount of admin and scheduling needed for this event.
*Should the number of cases in Forsyth county spike and we are forced to cancel our theater performance, we will be offering the option of an In-Studio Showcase similar to what we did in July - which was a huge success!

Again, we are working through many different options and ideas of how to safely allow our dancers to perform. We know it’s important for them! Please let us know if you have any questions. We have been providing our community a great kickstart to the holiday season for many years and hope to do the same this year! We won’t let COVID take our holiday spirit!
