nutcracker 1-day camp
Nutcracker Dance Camp It is the most wonderful time of the year and in CDA fashion we will be hosting a Nutcracker mini-camp on December 11th from 1:30pm-4:30pm. Open to ages 5-7yrs. In this 3-hour camp we will be celebrating and learning about the famous ballet that we all know and love. First, we will celebrate with a Christmas party where the dancer will be introduced to Clara and her Nutcracker. Then we will journey into the Land of Snow and make some fun crafts and treats. Finally, we will find ourselves in the Land of Sweets and watch the Sugar Plum Fairy dance! Your dancer will enjoy learning about the story of the Nutcracker, learning some fun dances to the festive music, and making some themed snacks and crafts. This is a great way to introduce your child to the music and story behind this beloved holiday ballet. Plus, parents can get some extra Christmas shopping done!
